Job Summary

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Digital team at Marsh Risk, a Marsh Business. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Role

Specialist - Digital Transformation Strategy (Grade C1)

This role supports digital change delivery by bridging client needs, business requirements, and technology. The individual assists with client demos, gathers feedback, and works with product teams on integration. They support stakeholder engagement, help align local and global strategy through market and competitive analysis, and translate client needs into business requirements.

The role also promotes a digital-first mindset among colleagues, addresses gaps between current processes and the target operating model (TOM), and resolves user systems access issues.

Responsibilities

- Supports preparing and running client demos to gather firsthand client feedback on applications and works with product teams to integrate.

- Supports stakeholder communication to ensure their buy-in and commitment to the change process.

- Helps analyze market understanding, competition and client / colleague requirements in depth bridging local and global strategy.





- Promotes use of digital technology and practices to engender a digital culture mindset among colleagues.

- Supports translation of customer needs into business requirements, outlining system dependencies and data flows.

- Helps resolve gaps between new and existing business processes and applications along the TOM.

- Troubleshoot systems access issues for users.

What you need to have

- 3 years+ of relevant work experience

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in business.

- Familiar with analytical skills, Insurance broking, Power BI, SQL, Advanced Excel

- Proficiency in Digital Solution product management

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile setting

- Should be comfortable with 12pm - 9pm 1pm - 10pm.

What makes you stand out

- Proven experience in the insurance industry or financial services is highly desirable.
