About the Role We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to develop functional, aesthetically appealing spaces for residential and commercial projects, from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities ● Develop design concepts, mood boards, and space plans based on client briefs and budgets ● Prepare 2D layouts, elevations, sections, and working drawings in AutoCAD ● Create 3D visualizations and renders using SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or Enscape ● Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and fixtures;

maintain vendor and sample libraries ● Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and cost estimates ● Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, and vendors during execution ● Conduct site visits to verify measurements and monitor work quality and timelines ● Present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback through revisions ● Ensure designs comply with safety, accessibility, and building code requirements Required Qualifications ● Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture,
