An Automobile Spare Parts In-Charge manages daily warehouse operations, supervises inventory control, and coordinates part supplies for workshop repairs.

Key duties include monitoring stock levels, ordering replacement components, and maintaining system records.

Core Responsibilities

- Inventory Control: Monitor stock movement, track fast-moving parts, and reduce obsolete or dead stock.

- Procurement: Place purchase orders with vendors, track incoming deliveries, and process damaged part returns.

- Workshop Coordination: Issue genuine parts to technicians and support service advisors to reduce vehicle turnaround times.

- Audits and Reporting: Conduct periodic physical stock verifications and log entries into ERP or Dealer Management Systems (DMS).

Requirements and Qualifications

- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,



or Commerce.

- Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in automotive stores or inventory management.

- Skills: Knowledge of car or two-wheeler parts, proficiency in MS Excel and inventory software, and robust organizational skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
