Role Overview:

As a Senior React Developer, you will serve as a technical anchor within our engineering team, taking ownership of the front-end architecture for high-performance web applications. You will work in a cross-functional environment, partnering with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate complex business requirements into intuitive, pixel-perfect user interfaces. Your day-to-day contributions will directly influence the scalability of our platforms and the quality of the end-user experience, ensuring that our technical delivery remains at the forefront of modern web standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and build responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js and TypeScript to ensure seamless user experiences across devices.
- Develop reusable UI components and front-end libraries to streamline development cycles and maintain consistency across the product ecosystem.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to convert design prototypes into functional, high-fidelity interfaces that align with project requirements.




- Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs to ensure efficient data flow and robust communication with backend services.
- Optimize application performance through code splitting, lazy loading, and efficient state management to maximize speed and scalability.
- Lead technical design discussions and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality, maintainability, and security.
- Implement comprehensive unit testing strategies using frameworks like Vitest or Jest to ensure long-term application reliability.
- Mentor junior developers by providing technical guidance, promoting best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the team.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in building complex web applications with 5 to 6 years of qualified experience in React.js.
- Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript, with a deep understanding of React Hooks, Context API, and advanced design patterns.
- Proven ability to manage application state effectively using tools such as Redux or Zustand.
- Solid grasp of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles, with the ability to deliver cross-browser compatible interfaces.
- Experience working with contemporary build tools like Vite or Webpack to manage project dependencies and deployment workflows.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues in an Agile/Scrum workplace.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team based in Coimbatore.
- Added advantage for candidates with experience in Node.js, PostgreSQL, Next.js, microservices, or cloud-based deployment pipelines (AWS/CI/CD).
