Alienkind is looking for a agile and experienced Sous Chef / Head Chef to lead end-to-end kitchen operations. The role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining quality standards, leading kitchen teams, and driving smooth day-to-day production while coordinating directly with the Product & Innovation Team.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the complete kitchen operations across all departments.
- Supervise CDPs and ensure each department is managed efficiently.
- Ensure accurate opening and closing stock is maintained daily.
- Review and submit the daily production report on time.
- Manage the Kitchen Support Team (KST) and ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead, mentor and manage kitchen staff to maintain productivity and discipline.
- Handle operational challenges and resolve issues proactively.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely resolution of equipment and facility issues.
- Conduct daily staff briefings and communicate operational priorities.




- Approve attendance and leave requests in accordance with company policies.
- Recruit and onboard Commis chefs as per business requirements.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, SOP complianc and kitchen safety standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the kitchen and the Product & Innovation Team.
- Share daily kitchen updates, operational concerns, and performance reports.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

- Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management preferred.
- 3–6 years of experience in a leadership role within QSR, cloud kitchen, or restaurant operations.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of inventory control, production planning, and food safety standards.
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
