Role Overview

As a Sourcing Procurement Manager, you will lead the front end of procurement - building the supplier pipeline, running competitive sourcing events, and onboarding partners who deliver on cost, quality, and time. You turn requirements into a strong, qualified supplier base.

Key Responsibilities

Supplier Sourcing

- Identify, qualify, and onboard new suppliers across categories
- Run RFIs, RFQs, and competitive bidding events end to end
- Benchmark pricing and build a resilient, multi-source supply base

Evaluation & Onboarding





- Assess supplier capability, capacity, and compliance before award
- Negotiate commercial terms and manage smooth supplier onboarding

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 3 to 7 years in sourcing, vendor development, or procurement
- Strong supplier evaluation and negotiation skills
- A market-research mindset and comfort with sourcing tools
- Transparent written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience sourcing in logistics, supply chain, or operations
- Exposure to e-sourcing or auction platforms
- A degree in supply chain, engineering, or business
