Role Description The Sourcing Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding industry professionals and domain experts to join PInterview’s network of interviewers and mentors. In this role, the Sourcing Manager will research potential talent pools, build and maintain pipelines of qualified professionals, and engage candidates through online channels and professional networks.
Day-to-day tasks include screening and assessing potential partners, coordinating introductory calls, collaborating with internal teams to understand demand for specific profiles or domains, and tracking sourcing activities in appropriate tools or databases.
The Sourcing
Manager will also support continuous improvement of sourcing strategies,
assist in developing partnership outreach campaigns, and ensure a positive, inclusive experience for all prospective collaborators.
Qualifications
- Strong talent sourcing and recruitment skills, including experience using professional networks, social media platforms, and online communities to identify and engage industry experts.
- Solid stakeholder management and communication abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners in a fully remote environment.
- Experience in building and maintaining candidate pipelines, tracking sourcing metrics, and using applicant tracking systems or CRM tools.
- Knowledge of interview processes across multiple domains (e.g., technical, HR, coding, admission, placement, banking) and an interest in career development or edtech.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple sourcing initiatives and work independently.
- Comfort with data-driven decision-making, including analyzing outreach effectiveness and refining sourcing strategies based on measurable outcomes.
- Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sourcing, or partnerships in a technology, education, or consulting workplace is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
