About The Role What you'll be doing
You will be the technical bridge between prospective clients and our engineering teams — running discovery, shaping solutions, and translating institutional goals into scoped engagements across LMS, CRM, portals and AI.
Key responsibilities
Your day to day
- Run technical discovery with prospective clients
- Shape solutions and scope across our service lines
- Lead demos of AI Mentor and Sublime LMS
- Partner with delivery teams to ensure a clean handover
Requirements What we're looking for
- 3+ years in solutions consulting or pre-sales
- Technical fluency across web/SaaS platforms
- Excellent communication and discovery skills
- Comfort working across global time zones
Preferred Qualifications Nice to have
- Education-technology or LMS experience
- Familiarity with CRM and integration concepts
- A consultative, outcome-first approach
