Solution Architect

- Working Time:- 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM IST.
- Compliance: For the background verification (BGV) process, PAN card and Aadhaar card of the proposed resources will be required.
- The UAN number is required for selected candidates.

Role Overview As a Solution Architect , you will serve as the go-to problem solver, translator, and strategist who brings clarity and structure to complex data challenges. You will work directly with clients to understand their overarching business goals, design elegant technical solutions, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver results with measurable impact.

This is a leadership position for a strategic thinker who can simplify complexity, delegate with confidence, anticipate future challenges, systemize processes, and build scalable structures—all while maintaining a collaborative, human-centered, and engaging team culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Data Solution Design

- Connect business requirements, data architecture, and technical execution into seamless solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer goals, data systems, pain points, and organizational dynamics to address problems holistically.
- Leverage proven frameworks to design and deliver intuitive, high-performing technical solutions.

2. Customer Engagement & Communication

- Lead high-impact client discussions that drive clarity, convert insight into actionable steps, and alignment across key stakeholders.
- Translate complex, highly technical concepts into clear, digestible language for non-technical audiences.
- Draft concise project summaries, status updates, and actionable next steps to maintain momentum and stakeholder trust.

3. Project Delivery & Technical Oversight

- Proactively identify project risks early and implement practical, innovative solutions.




- Align and collaborate with onshore and offshore engineering teams to maintain accountability, velocity, and quality standards.
- Conduct design reviews, validate data flows, and unblock technical issues as needed.

4. Team Leadership & Operational Excellence

- Delegate tasks clearly and empower team members with defined paths to success.
- Establish repeatable processes and operational structures to enable smart, efficient workflows.
- Mentor and guide team members by demonstrating curiosity, open communication, and a solid execution-oriented mindset.

Key Qualifications & Experience

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in solution architecture focused on data analytics, or technical consulting within the retail industry .
- Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of data structures, cloud-based architectures, and modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Looker, dbt, etc.).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of bridging technical and business domains.
- Problem Solving: Proactive mindset with a knack for predicting potential bottlenecks and designing preventive solutions.
- Leadership: Strong executive presence capable of earning trust and inspiring confidence among internal teams and external clients.
