Candidate who is open for relocation for 6-month Mexico Preferable (extensible).

Work Time: US working hours (Night shift)

Primary Skills:

● 5+ years of experience in solution architecture for data analytics or technical consulting in the retail industry.

● Solid understanding of data structures, cloud-based architectures, and analytics platforms (like Snowflake, Looker, dbt, etc.).

● Excellent communication skills—you can lead a meeting, write a sharp email, and translate tech-speak into human language.

● A knack for predicting problems before they happen and designing solutions that prevent them.

● Leadership presence that earns trust and inspires confidence—both internally and with customers.

- Lead End-to-End Data Solution Design

● Connect the dots between the business problem, the data, and the solution. ● Understand the customer—business goals, data, systems,



pain points and organizational structure—to define solutions that address the entire problem, not a slice of it.
- Engage and Communicate with Customers

● Lead engaging discussions that bring clarity, not confusion—asking the right questions and turning answers into action. ● Write crisp, clear summaries and next steps that move projects forward and build customer confidence.
- Drive Project Success

● Spot risks before they become issues—and solve them with practical, calm, and creative solutions. ● Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and momentum.

● Review designs, validate data flows, and help unblock technical challenges when needed.
