1. Masters or Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
2. Must have 5-7 years’ experience in Stress/ life analysis through FEM, for aero engine/derivatives parts
3. Excellent fundamentals in Solid Mechanics
4. Experience in performing structural analysis to verify various product requirements
5. Ability to interpret results, applying physics and propose design solutions
6. Knowledge of tools such as Simcenter3D, HYPERMESH, ANSYS APDL and Ansys Workbench, for meshing and analysis along with demonstrated capability in using these tools effectively
7. Good product knowledge related to aero engines
8. Contributed to the technical development of processes,
products or people
9. Customization and Programming skills, preferably using ANYSYS APDL/Python.
Desirable:
1. Good communication skills in English both oral and written
2. Good technical report writing skills, knowledge of CAD/PLM tools like UG and Teamcenter
3. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
4. Self-driven individual who can expand his/her skills with on-job training
5. Ability to work as a team player in a quick paced and deadline driven environment
