Sunerzy Lighting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Solar PV Installer to join our team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in solar PV system installation.
- Proven experience in installing domestic on-grid and hybrid solar PV systems up to 10 kW.
- Ability to supervise, guide, and coordinate installation technicians on-site.
- Thorough knowledge and practical experience in executing installations under the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana, including compliance with all applicable technical standards and installation guidelines.
- Solid understanding of safety practices, system commissioning, testing, and quality installation procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, test, and commission residential on-grid and hybrid solar PV systems.
- Lead and support installation teams to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.
- Ensure all installations comply with PM Surya Ghar guidelines, relevant electrical standards, and company quality requirements.
- Coordinate with project teams to resolve on-site technical issues and maintain installation documentation.
