We are looking for a Solar Project Engineer to take complete responsibility for the on-site execution of industrial rooftop and ground-mount sites—from mobilisation to testing, commissioning and final handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.
- Supervise civil, structural, electrical and installation activities.
- Manage contractors, manpower, materials and daily site operations.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, BOQ, quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with customers, design, procurement and internal teams.
- Track project progress and submit regular reports.
- Handle testing, commissioning, documentation and final handover.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or Renewable Energy Engineering.
- 2–5 years of solar project execution experience.
- Strong knowledge of solar components, drawings, BOQs and site safety.
- Positive communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites across India.
