Role Summary

Role involves developing new fertilizer grades, customized fertilizer grades and upgrade water soluble grades. Knowledge of STCR, agronomy of potential crops and plant defense system.

Identify, key challenges of institutional and elite dealers, develop solutions and work with them. Work on capturing new market/ clients and expand business. Preparing product technical information/ fact sheets new products.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Develop customized fertilizers (crop and region specific) and current Fertilizer for new business opportunities.
2. Making protocol, co-ordinate field and glass house trials for nutritional and defense products and solution.
3. Conducting lab and field trials on new products, statistical analysis and making the presentation for the management.
4. Work with institutional clients like coffee, tobacco and fruit & vegetables for solving their problems through our products and solutions.
5. Documentation of product evaluation trials, pesticide residues, heavy metals in the products and produce.
6.



Co-ordinate and work with ICAR and Universities for bio efficacy studies.

Key Technical/ Functional Competencies
1. Capable to develop of New fertilizer and Customized fertilizers for specific crops and region as per the guidelines of FCO.
2. Knowledge on STCR equation, soil fertility and problematic soils of India and arriving solution.
3. Scientific knowledge on soil- water- nutrition and market new products for making new products.
4. Understand the challenges of the institutional clients and develop a ProRise solution for solving their problems.
5. Capability to Design Trial Protocols, layouts and co-ordinate Multi locations trials for Customised solution and new fertilizer
6. Knowledge on packages of practices of field, horticultural and high value crops.
7. Ability to document results, interpret and presentation skills.
