Job Summary

We're looking for a skilled Solana Blockchain Developer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in blockchain development. You'll design, build, and maintain decentralized applications (dApps) and smart contracts on the Solana blockchain, working alongside our blockchain, product, and engineering teams on Web3 projects including DeFi, NFT platforms, and tokenization initiatives. This role is a solid fit if you enjoy building scalable, secure on-chain systems and want to work at the pace Solana's ecosystem moves at.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts on the Solana blockchain.

- Build and maintain decentralized applications (dApps) using Solana.

- Work with Rust-based programs for on-chain development.

- Integrate front-end applications with blockchain networks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and backend.

- Optimize blockchain performance, scalability, and security.

- Debug and resolve technical issues in deployed applications.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in blockchain technology, including Solana's ongoing client and runtime upgrades.

Required Skills Qualifications





- Minimum 2 years of experience in blockchain development.

- Strong knowledge of Solana architecture and ecosystem.

- Proficiency in Rust programming language.

- Experience with Solana Program Library (SPL).

- Familiarity with the Anchor framework.

- Knowledge of Web3.js, JavaScript, or TypeScript.

- Understanding of smart contract development and deployment.

- Experience with Git and version control systems.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good to Have

- Experience building DeFi, NFT, or Web3 applications.

- Familiarity with Ethereum or other blockchain networks.

- Understanding of cryptography and consensus mechanisms.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks.

- Knowledge of blockchain security best practices.

- Exposure to Token-2022 program extensions, such as transfer hooks and confidential transfers.

- Familiarity with state compression for compressed NFTs and other high-volume on-chain data use cases.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- 2+ years of hands-on blockchain development experience, with Solana exposure preferred.

- Available to work on-site in Gurugram, 5 days a week.
