Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Software Training & Internship role based in Chennai. The intern will assist in learning and supporting software solutions used across design, planning, project management, and execution functions. Daily tasks include attending structured training sessions on programming, databases, and software design, working on supervised development assignments, and participating in testing and documentation activities.





The role also involves collaborating with project teams to understand real-world construction and real estate workflows, preparing reports or presentations on software usage, and continuously updating skills through guided practice. Interns will be mentored by experienced professionals to build a robust foundation for a career in software and technology within the infrastructure and real estate domain.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess foundational skills in Software Development and Programming.

Candidates should possess working knowledge of Databases and Software Design.

Candidates should possess basic skills in Testing and quality assurance practices.

Candidates should have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.

Candidates should demonstrate willingness to learn, adapt to new tools and technologies, and work in a team-oriented environment.

Candidates with coursework or degrees in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields are preferred.

Candidates with familiarity with construction or real estate industry workflows, or interest in domain-specific software (e.g., CAD, project management tools), will be an advantage.
