Position Overview

We are looking for a Software Test Engineer (QA) with 1–2 years of experience in manual and automation testing of web applications. The candidate should have strong knowledge of end-to-end (E2E) testing, API testing, and automation using Selenium/TestNG, Playwright, Jest or similar frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, integration, exploratory and E2E testing.
- Create and execute test plans, test cases and report defects.




- Perform REST API testing using Postman/Swagger.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver with TestNG,

Playwright, Jest or equivalent.
- Track defects using Jira and collaborate with developers.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide QA updates.

Required Skills

- Manual Testing (STLC, SDLC, Functional, Regression, UAT, E2E)
- API Testing (Postman, REST APIs, JSON, Swagger)
- Automation: Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Playwright, Jest, Cypress (good to have)
- Programming: Java (preferred), JavaScript/TypeScript, Python (good to have)
- SQL and database validation
- Git, Jira, Chrome DevTools

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 1–2 years of QA experience.
- Solid analytical and communication skills.
- Experience testing web applications in Agile environments.

Preferred Skills

- CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
- JMeter basics
- Microservices and cloud knowledge (AWS/Azure)
