Role Description The Software Quality Assurance Specialist will work full time on-site in Indore, focusing on ensuring the reliability and performance of QA Everest’s AI-powered platform and related integrations. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and executing test cases, validating new features, performing regression and exploratory testing, and collaborating with product, engineering, and data/ML teams to identify and resolve issues.

The Specialist will review user stories and requirements, verify integrations with tools like Jira, Figma, and GitHub, and help improve test coverage across UI, API, security, performance,



and accessibility. The role also involves documenting defects, contributing to test automation efforts, maintaining high quality standards, and providing feedback to enhance the overall QA lifecycle experience for customers.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in software quality and software quality assurance, including defining quality criteria and testing approaches.
- Hands-on experience with quality assurance practices and test case design, execution, and maintenance.
- Demonstrated analytical skills for root-cause analysis, troubleshooting complex issues, and interpreting test results.
- Ability to create and manage detailed test cases aligned with user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Familiarity with QA tools and frameworks (e.g., automation frameworks, bug tracking systems, CI/CD pipelines).
- Good understanding of web and API testing concepts; exposure to performance, security, or accessibility testing is an advantage.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional engineering and product teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with AI-driven or automation-first QA platforms, or a strong interest in learning advanced AI QA tools, is highly beneficial.
