Daily collaboration with founders, engineers, and AI researchers

High autonomy with high expectations If you are NOT passionate about software, this role will not be a great fit. You must be very technical. The Role

You will lead a team of engineers while remaining deeply hands-on -- working directly with founders and engineers to design systems, review code, make technical decisions, and ensure high-quality execution. You must be comfortable working closely with highly technical engineering teams. What You'll Do

Lead and manage a team of software engineers building production AI systems

Stay hands-on by reviewing code,



debugging issues, and contributing to development

Drive architecture decisions and engineering best practices

Own sprint planning, engineering execution, and delivery timelines

Work directly with clients to understand, document, and translate business requirements into technical solutions

Collaborate closely with founders, product, and AI teams throughout development

Mentor engineers and maintain a high-performance engineering culture

Ensure production reliability, scalability, and code quality

Coordinate technical execution across multiple AI initiatives What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Software Engineering Manager or Senior Software Engineer

Extremely high ownership attitude, and you must be very technical

Passion for software/AI

Experience leading or mentoring software engineering teams

Strong software architecture and system design skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving

High ownership with exceptional attention to detail
