Hiring: Lead Software Engineer – Agentic AI Platform Location: Noida, India Experience: 8 - 10 Years We are looking for a Principal / Lead Software Engineer to drive the evolution of our next-generation Agentic AI Platform. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll architect scalable enterprise solutions, build AI-powered automation platforms, and mentor a high-performing engineering team.

Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable Agentic AI workflows using Java (Quarkus).

Build and enhance Model Context Protocol (MCP) Servers to enable secure integrations with LLMs and enterprise systems.

Develop secure, high-performance integrations with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and P2P platforms (Coupa, Tipalti).

Build AI-powered automation for financial reconciliation, intelligent document processing, and predictive analytics.

Lead architecture discussions, perform code reviews, and mentor engineering teams.

Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using React and TypeScript.

Implement enterprise-grade security using OAuth 2.1, RBAC, and Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows.

Build and maintain cloud-native applications on AWS with Docker,



Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. Must-Have Skills 10+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, or Quarkus.

Strong expertise in React.js and TypeScript.

Experience designing scalable microservices and distributed systems.

Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD (Jenkins/GitHub Actions).

Robust knowledge of REST APIs, system integrations, and enterprise application architecture.

Experience leading technical teams, mentoring engineers, and driving architectural decisions.

Preferred Skills Experience with Agentic AI, LLMs, AI Agents, Function Calling, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).

Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, or multi-agent AI frameworks.

Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and P2P platforms (Coupa, Tipalti).

Understanding of Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and enterprise automation.
