Role Description The Software Engineer Intern role at Zoibox Creative Labs Pvt. Ltd. is a contract position based in Indore with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some tasks to be completed from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in the design, development, and testing of software features, particularly for back-end web services and digital platforms.

The intern will write clean, maintainable code, debug issues, and collaborate with senior engineers, designers, and product team members to implement enhancements.



Additional tasks may include participating in code reviews, documenting technical solutions, and supporting integration of creative tools and learning platforms. This role provides hands-on experience in a startup environment, contributing to products used by learners and digital professionals.

Qualifications

Foundation in Computer Science, including core concepts such as data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.

Skills in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) for building reliable, modular, and reusable software components.

Experience or coursework in Software Development and Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side logic.

Familiarity with at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C#) and basic version control (e.g., Git).

Ability to learn quickly, work collaboratively in a hybrid setup, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical team members.

Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred.

Interest in digital education, creative tools, and building products for designers and content creators is a plus.
