Key Responsibilities - Develop, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.

- Create data models, measures, and KPIs using DAX.
- Perform data transformation and integration using Power Query.
- Gather business requirements and convert them into reporting solutions.
- Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy.
- Implement security controls including Row-Level Security (RLS).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Technical

Requirements - 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development.

- Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
- Proficiency in DAX, data modeling, and Power Query (M Language).
- Strong SQL skills with experience in writing complex queries, joins, and stored procedures.
- Experience working with multiple data sources such as SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, APIs,



and Azure data platforms.
- Positive understanding of ETL, Data Warehousing, and Star/Snowflake schemas.
- Experience in report deployment, workspace management, gateways, and dataset refresh management.
- Knowledge of Power BI security, governance, and RLS implementation.
- Exposure to Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric is preferred.
- PL-300 certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience working in Agile teams.
