- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Redis, Microservices.
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, unit testing frameworks, and code quality tools (e.g., SonarQube, SonarLint).
- Proven track record in leading modernization efforts, including cloud-native architectures, microservices, and containerization.
- Hands-on experience with observability tools (e.g., Splunk, Datadog, New Relic) and monitoring streaming systems.
- Familiarity with feature flagging, config-driven development, and agile deployment strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
