About the Role

We're looking for an experienced software engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and building production-grade software.

You'll design and develop scalable applications, backend services, APIs, and cloud-native systems. Depending on the project, you'll also work with modern AI technologies, including LLM integrations, agentic workflows, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and intelligent automation.

This role combines strong software engineering fundamentals with practical application of modern AI technologies to build reliable, maintainable, and scalable solutions.

What You'll Do Software Engineering

Design and develop scalable web applications, APIs, and backend services.

Build maintainable, secure, and high-performance software for production environments.

Design system architecture and contribute to technical decision-making.

Collaborate across the full software development lifecycle, from design through deployment.

AI Engineering

Depending on the project, you will:

Integrate commercial and open-source language models into business applications.

Design agentic workflows and AI-driven automation.

Build RAG pipelines, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval systems.

Evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies where they provide measurable value.

Cloud & Platform

Develop cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Build scalable data pipelines and supporting infrastructure.

Deploy and operate containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

Improve reliability, observability, and deployment automation.

Required

Academic background from premier institutions in India is highly desirable (e.g., IIT, IIM, BITS, NIT, or top state specific university).

Robust experience developing production software.

Solid understanding of software architecture, algorithms, and data structures.

Experience building scalable web applications and backend systems.

Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Familiarity with Docker, Git, and modern development workflows.

Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.

Preferred

Experience with one or more of the following is advantageous:

React or another modern frontend framework.

Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure.

Large Language Models (LLMs).

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Vector databases and semantic search.

AI orchestration frameworks.

AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Codex.
