- Lead end-to-end delivery of product roadmap and strategic initiatives across multiple Software Development Teams (SDTs), ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

- Manage a team of ~30 professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and career development while fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.

- Drive Agile program execution, release planning, resource management, risk mitigation, and delivery governance to ensure predictable outcomes.

- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, QA, Architecture, DevOps, Security, and Business stakeholders to align priorities and resolve dependencies.

- Act as the primary interface for clients and executive stakeholders, managing expectations, communications, escalations, and business reviews.

- Provide technical leadership and solution oversight by partnering with architects and engineering teams to define scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions.

- Facilitate solutioning discussions, technical trade-off decisions, estimation, and feasibility assessments for complex initiatives.

- Monitor project health through KPIs, delivery metrics, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Build and nurture a learning-oriented environment by promoting knowledge sharing, technical upskilling, innovation, and best-practice adoption across teams.

- Drive operational excellence through process optimization, automation, quality improvements, and data-driven decision-making.

- Run agile at scale (Scrum/Kanban) with predictable cadences: PI planning, sprint planning/reviews, demos, and release governance.

- Establish and drive Definition of Ready/Done, acceptance criteria, and quality gates aligned with security, compliance, and reliability objectives.

- Party vendors for tooling, security, and managed services; enforce SoW, acceptance criteria, and performance SLAs, Continuous Improvement.

- Drive improvements in development practices including proper use of AI, latest technological advances, secure coding practices, release reviews.

- Monitor team velocity, rework rate, and quality metrics to ensure continuous improvement in measurable deliverables.





- Lead post release reviews and blameless postmortems; convert findings into backlog items and platform standards.

- Build communities of practice for DevOps, Platform Engineering, mentor TLs, and engineers on cloud delivery excellence.

- Partner with US based product owners, business analysts, software engineers, architects, UX and design professionals to define clear product features and functional requirements to ensure successful delivery within the Agile delivery methodology.

- Effectively guide the teams to provide functional and technical understanding of the project and solve complex technical issues.

- Serve as the key stakeholder in the agile scrum on behalf of your development team to refine epics & features into stories and sprint plans to meet product development needs.

- Mentor and develop software engineers to broaden their breath of capabilities to expand the team's flexibility in assigning development needs across the full development stack.

- Keep current with modern technologies and software methodologies related to the Microsoft software development platform.

- Should be adaptable to US time zone whenever required to have meetings with onshore counterparts. Also, the candidate should be able to support 3-4 hours of overlap with US team.

- Solve team conflicts and effectively manage, nurture, and grow the resources.

Preferred candidate profile

- 14+ years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years of Project/Program Management, leading cloud-based delivery teams and large-scale enterprise initiatives on Microsoft Azure.

- Demonstrated expertise in Program & Project Management, Product Delivery, Agile/Scrum Methodologies, Stakeholder Management, Client Engagement, Cross-Functional Leadership, Technical Solutioning, Risk Management, Resource Planning, Team Development, Organizational Leadership, Process Improvement, Executive Communication, and Continuous Learning & Innovation.

- Proven track record of successfully delivering cloud-native, microservices-based platforms on Azure, supported by robust CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevSecOps practices.

- Strong experience collaborating with engineering teams utilizing Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise, including pipeline governance, source control (Git), automated quality controls, security gates, and release management.

- Solid understanding of cloud security, authentication,



and authorization frameworks, including Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Single Sign-On (SSO), Azure Key Vault, network security, and firewall configurations.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively translate technical architecture, risks, and delivery challenges into actionable business decisions for executive audiences.

- 10+ years of hands-on application development experience using Microsoft technologies, including C#, .NET, ASP.NET Web API, LINQ, Asynchronous Programming, AJAX, HTML, and CSS.

- 10+ years of experience designing and developing enterprise data solutions leveraging Microsoft SQL Server.

- 5+ years of experience developing modern web applications using Angular, TypeScript, and RxJS.

- Experience with front-end state management frameworks and patterns is highly desirable.

- Strong experience with Azure Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) offerings, including Azure App Services and related cloud-native services.

- Familiarity with third-party UI frameworks such as Kendo UI is preferred.

- Experience implementing OAuth/OpenID Connect authentication and leveraging Azure SDKs and libraries is preferred.

- Proven experience working within Agile delivery environments, actively participating in and leading Agile ceremonies and fostering Agile best practices.

- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD), unit testing frameworks, mocking frameworks, and automated quality assurance processes.

- Strong advocate of SOLID principles, software design patterns, and engineering best practices to ensure scalable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions.

- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing technical teams while fostering a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, innovation, and professional growth.

- Exceptional leadership, presentation, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a robust attention to detail and confidence in decision-making.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of delivery excellence.

- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to support global teams and business requirements across different time zones.

- Certifications: MCP (Microsoft Certified), AZ-900 (Azure Fundamentals), PMP/PMI-ACP or SAFe, CSM
