Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle, from architecture and design to deployment and maintenance.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.

- Mentor junior developers and promote engineering excellence across the team.

- Troubleshoot production issues and implement robust, long-term solutions.

- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and engineering standards.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of experience in software development.

- Strong proficiency in Node.js (MERN) is a must. Expertise in Java and Python are added advantage.





- Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.

- Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).

- Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCP cloud platforms.

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and System Design.

- Experience with Git, Agile methodologies, and up-to-date development practices.

- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience building scalable enterprise or SaaS applications.

- Exposure to DevOps, cloud-native development, and distributed systems is preferred.
