Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Python Developer with solid expertise in FastAPI and Django Framework to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in backend development, microservices architecture, REST API development, database design, and cloud-based application deployment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance applications using Python, FastAPI, and Django.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Build scalable, secure, and reusable backend services.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver business requirements.
- Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and data models.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and estimation activities.




- Work with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployment automation.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills
- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Python development.
- Strong expertise in FastAPI and Django Framework.
- Experience in developing and integrating REST APIs and microservices.
- Strong knowledge of Python libraries and frameworks.
- Experience with ORM frameworks such as Django ORM and SQLAlchemy.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Good understanding of software design patterns and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Experience with Git, version control, and code management practices.
- Knowledge of Docker and containerized application development.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Experience with message queues such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Exposure to AI/ML integrations and LLM-based applications is an added advantage.
