Role Description This is a full-time, Remote role, requiring close collaboration with the local team in an iterative, fast-paced development setting.

The Software

Developer will work on designing, coding, testing, and maintaining game-related software and tools in collaboration with designers, artists, and other developers. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing gameplay features, optimizing performance, integrating back-end services, and troubleshooting technical issues across the development lifecycle. The role involves participating in code reviews, contributing to architectural decisions, and ensuring clean, maintainable code that aligns with project standards and timelines.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Computer Science,



including data structures, algorithms, and software architecture principles.

Proficiency in Software Development and Programming with experience in at least one modern language commonly used in game or back-end development (e.g., C#, C++, Java, or similar).

Hands-on experience with Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side integration for game services.

Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and their practical application in large codebases.

Experience with game engines or frameworks (such as Unity, Unreal Engine, or equivalent) is highly beneficial.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.

Ability to debug complex issues, write clean and well-documented code, and work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Interest in gaming, user experience, and staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
