Job Objective To design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and user-friendly digital solutions and ensure seamless integration across systems that modernize government operations, enhance efficiency, and improve public access to essential services and information.

Core Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- Build responsive and reusable UI components, ensuring seamless integration with APIs.
- Implement effective server logic, RESTful/GraphQL APIs, and data models with a focus on performance and scalability.
- Write clean, modular, secure, and well-documented code ensuring organizational standard compliance; participate in peer code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Collaborate with QA, UI/UX, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Contribute to sprint planning and code reviews.
- Conduct unit and integration testing and troubleshoot issues to maintain application reliability and performance.

Skills Required

- Proficient in JavaScript, React, ES6+, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong experience with React Hooks, Redux,



and component architecture.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, and unit testing frameworks.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD and cloud deployment.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and teamwork skills.

Education & Experience

Education Details

Essential:

- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent discipline.

OR

- Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent domain.

Experience

- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong focus on the MERN stack.

Desirable

- Previous experience working on Government Sector projects in India.
- Familiarity with Government IT standards and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of Microservices architecture and containerization technologies.
- Certifications in MERN stack technologies or cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience working with Agile development methodologies.
