Role & responsibilities

- Deliver engaging training on Soft Skills, Communication Skills, Personality Development, and Corporate Etiquette.

- Conduct sessions on Mock Interviews, Group Discussions (GD), Public Speaking, and Presentation Skills.

- Mentor students to enhance confidence, interpersonal skills, and workplace communication.

- Prepare and update training content, assessments, and learning materials.

- Guide students in resume building, interview preparation, and career readiness.

- Conduct interactive activities, role plays, and practical learning sessions.

- Evaluate student performance and provide regular feedback for improvement.

- Support students in becoming industry-ready and placement-ready professionals.

- Participate in demo sessions, workshops, seminars, and academic activities.





- Maintain a positive, engaging, and disciplined classroom workplace.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, Communication Trainer, Corporate Trainer, or Personality Development Trainer.

- Skills: Excellent English communication, presentation, public speaking, corporate etiquette, personality development, interview preparation, facilitation, and student mentoring.

- Education: Any Graduate or Postgraduate.

Certifications in Soft Skills Training, Corporate Training, Learning & Development (L&D;)
