Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Video and Picture Editor for social media. The editor will be responsible for editing short-form videos and images for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and other social channels, ensuring content is aligned with the brand’s visual style and tone. Daily tasks include selecting and refining raw footage, color correcting, cropping, resizing, and optimizing media for various formats, as well as preparing thumbnails and visual assets for posts and stories.

The role involves collaborating with content creators, photographers, and social media managers to plan and execute campaigns, and staying informed about current social media trends to suggest recent visual ideas. The editor will also help organize media libraries, maintain file naming standards, and ensure timely delivery of content.





Qualifications - Candidates should possess strong Image Editing skills and experience working with photo editing software and tools.

- Candidates should possess Multimedia skills, including basic video editing, audio integration, and visual storytelling for social media.
- Candidates should possess Photography-related skills, such as understanding composition, lighting, and framing for both stills and video.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work with Magazines or similar visual content formats, ensuring layout and aesthetics are consistent and engaging.
- Candidates should possess Research skills to analyze social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor content for visual inspiration.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.G., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, or equivalent) is highly beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Relevant education in media, design, film, communications, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate visual ideas clearly.
