Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Account Manager who can manage client relationships while ensuring the successful planning and execution of social media campaigns. This role requires someone who can coordinate with internal teams, understand client objectives, oversee project delivery, and ensure every account achieves measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Understand client business goals and translate them into effective social media strategies.
- Manage multiple client accounts and ensure timely delivery of all social media activities.
- Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, video editors, and performance marketing teams to execute campaigns.
- Review content calendars, creatives, captions, and campaign plans before client approval.
- Conduct regular client meetings to discuss performance, updates, and future strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and present monthly reports with actionable insights.




- Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms.
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach, and overall campaign performance.
- Handle client feedback efficiently and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging social media best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Social Media Management or Account Management within a digital marketing agency.
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and audience engagement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage deadlines effectively.
- Experience with social media management and reporting tools is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
