Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Kolkata.

The Social Media

Manager will plan, create, and manage content across multiple social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities include developing and executing social media strategies, scheduling and publishing posts, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns based on data insights. The role involves collaborating with designers, content creators,



and marketing team members to ensure cohesive brand messaging, as well as engaging with online communities, responding to comments and messages, and staying updated on platform trends and best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills for planning and executing platform-specific campaigns.
- Candidates should possess solid Content Strategy and Writing skills to create consistent, engaging, and brand-aligned social media content.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear collaboration with internal teams and professional interaction with online communities.
- Experience with social media analytics tools, basic graphic design or familiarity with creative tools, and knowledge of current digital marketing trends are beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, along with prior experience managing brand social media profiles, is preferred.
