Mugdha is looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content creation, content planning, market analysis, and organic growth strategies. This role requires someone who can create engaging content, analyze performance, and execute campaigns that strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize Meta pages (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Plan, create, and execute monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Develop engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, captions, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with photography, videography, and design teams to produce high-quality content.
- Monitor page performance and optimize content to improve reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer behavior analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer interactions promptly.




- Track campaign performance using Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, YouTube Analytics, and other reporting tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in Fashion, Retail, E-commerce, or Lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
- Creative mindset with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
