- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan monthly content calendars and campaign schedules.
- Identify growth opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.
- Content Creation & Management
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across:
- Facebook
- Instagram
- LinkedIn
- X (Twitter)
- YouTube
- Pinterest
- Other relevant social platforms
- Coordinate with graphic designers and content writers to produce high-quality creatives.
- Plan and manage posts, reels, stories, videos, and promotional campaigns.
- Paid Advertising
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Other social advertising platforms
- Monitor campaign budgets and improve ROI through continuous optimization.
- Community Management
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly.
- Build and nurture online communities to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Performance Analysis
- Monitor campaign performance using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, and other reporting tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
