Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support ReffConnect’s online presence by planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms. Day-to-day tasks include drafting posts, assisting with social media campaigns, monitoring engagement metrics, and helping optimize content for reach and impact.





The intern will collaborate with the marketing team to align social content with broader digital marketing initiatives and brand messaging. This is an internship role and is fully remote, offering flexibility and exposure to a fast-growing hiring marketplace. The intern may also contribute ideas on community building, user education, and storytelling that highlight ReffConnect’s mission and product.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics tools and platform insights (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook) is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Interest in startups, hiring technology, or talent marketplaces is a plus.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
