We focus on storytelling that feels authentic and culturally relevant. We are looking for a creative, proactive intern to join our team in Mumbai and help bring our clients' brand visions to life. Role Description

This is a paid internship based in Mumbai. As our Content & Media Marketing Strategy Intern, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and hands-on execution. You will work closely with the Founder to conceptualise campaigns, manage visual identities, and take the lead on-ground during shoots.

Your Day-to-Day:

Campaign & Strategy: Brainstorm and execute strategic social media campaigns tailored to client goals.

Visual Direction: Curate mood boards and collect references to define the visual direction for projects.

Content Creation: Design on-brand graphics using Canva and handle basic video editing for reels/shorts.





On-Ground Production: Lead on-ground content production, shooting high-quality content directly on your phone. (Proficiency with professional cameras is a plus).

Collaboration: Engage in regular on-ground meetings with the Founder when in town to align on strategy and project pipelines.

Qualifications

Design Savvy: Highly efficient in Canva with a sharp eye for aesthetics, layout, and typography.

Creative Storyteller: Ability to visualize concepts and craft narratives that resonate.

Multimedia Skills: Solid experience in basic video editing and a passion for mobile photography/videography.

Proactive & Organised: Able to manage time effectively and adapt to the fluidity of a quick-paced agency environment.

Location: Based in or able to commute regularly within the Nagpur Region.
