We're looking for someone obsessed with understanding why content goes viral , not just creating posts.

You'll work directly with the founder to build one of the fastest-growing founder content brands.

What You'll Do

- Research high-performing content across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, YouTube and other platforms.
- Break down viral posts and identify repeatable patterns.
- Turn insights into new content ideas.
- Write and iterate posts continuously.
- Design simple image/carousel concepts when needed.
- Publish and schedule content.
- Engage with founder communities through meaningful comments.
- Track performance and document learnings.
- Build repeatable content playbooks from successful experiments.

What We're Looking For
- Curious and analytical mindset.
- Strong English writing skills.
- Loves studying creators and viral content.




- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.
- Doesn't mind testing 20 ideas to find 1 winner.
- Self-driven and rapid learner.

Bonus If You
- Have managed a LinkedIn, X or Instagram page.
- Know Canva or Figma.
- Understand startup ecosystem and AI.
