Responsibilities

- Content Creation - Write transparent, engaging posts, captions, and basic video scripts for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Social Media Management Scheduling - Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual style across all channels
- Basic Analytics Reporting - Track and record key metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement (likes, comments, shares), follower growth, etc.
- Brand Messaging Alignment - Understand our positioning in customised application development and reflect it clearly in content. Reinforce our identity as a bridge between India and Japan through technology and collaboration.
- Research Ideas - Stay updated on social media trends, formats, and content styles relevant to tech, SaaS, and IndiaJapan collaboration
- Manage timelines and post calendars with attention to detail.

Requirements

- Strong writing skills in English with the ability to explain technical/abstract concepts in simple terms.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) and what works on each
- Interest in marketing, branding,



and storytelling
- Basic familiarity with content tools (e.g., Canva or similar) is a plus
- Ability to manage timelines and post calendars with attention to detail
- Curiosity about technology, software products, and international (especially IndiaJapan) collaboration
- Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable taking ownership of small projects
- Must have own laptop to work on
- Must be residing in Bangalore, Karnataka

Preferred Qualifications

- Final-year student or recent graduate in Media Studies / Mass Communication, Communication Studies, Journalism, English, or a related field with strong interest in content and social media
- AADHAR (Mandatory)
- Highest qualification certification (Mandatory)
- Portfolio of previous work (to be submitted during application)
