Key Responsibilities Social Media Management

- Manage the company's social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all platforms.
- Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages professionally.
- Research industry trends and recommend new content ideas.

Content Creation

- Design social media creatives, banners, and promotional materials using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Create high-quality graphics, reels, short-form videos, and promotional content.
- Write engaging captions, blog articles, website content, and marketing copy.
- Capture and edit photos and videos for marketing campaigns when required.

Digital Marketing

- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Support SEO initiatives to improve website visibility.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and recommend improvements.

Brand Development

- Promote the company's software products and IT services through digital marketing initiatives.




- Collaborate with the design and development teams to create effective marketing campaigns.
- Build brand awareness and increase audience engagement.
- Support webinars, product launches, and online promotional events.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies.
- Experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and Google Analytics.
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong creativity with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience marketing software products or IT services.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and B2B lead generation.
- Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools.
- Experience with WordPress or other content management systems.
