We are looking for a highly driven Social Media Manager & Content Strategist who can take ownership of client brands, create growth-focused strategies, manage content execution, and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute social media and content strategies aligned with client goals.

- Create content calendars, campaign plans, and brand messaging frameworks.
- Manage multiple client accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Plan content, write captions, scripts, and creative briefs.
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, editors, and account managers for content execution.
- Monitor trends, competitor activities, and platform updates.
- Analyze content performance and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Attend client meetings, present strategies, and manage client communications.
- Contribute ideas for agency growth, campaigns,



and lead generation initiatives.

Required - Meta Business Suite & Ads Manager

- ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity & AI-powered marketing

- Basic understanding of SEO, paid ads, and marketing automation Skills & Competencies - Strong content strategy and storytelling skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Understanding of branding, digital marketing, and consumer behavior
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- High ownership, accountability, and problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment Preferred Experience - 2–5+ years in Social Media Management, Content Strategy, or Digital Marketing
- Agency experience preferred
