Role Description The Social Media Manager at Sadev Homes will manage and grow the company’s presence across key social media platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging communication with current and prospective clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and scheduling posts, optimizing content for reach and engagement, and monitoring performance metrics. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to understand business priorities, responding to online inquiries and comments, and refining the social media strategy based on analytics and trends.

This is a part-time,



hybrid role based in Gurugram, with regular on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), including campaign planning, platform management, and performance tracking.

Strong Communication and Writing skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content for diverse audiences.

Experience with Content Strategy, including developing calendars, aligning content with business goals, and adapting messaging for different platforms.

Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic reporting to evaluate effectiveness and guide improvements.

Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup in Gurugram, managing time independently while collaborating with onsite teams.

Prior experience in real estate, professional services, or related industries is an advantage.

Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
