Role & responsibilities

- Manage the companys social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
- Design social media creatives, graphics, banners, and internal branding materials.
- Create and edit reels, short-form videos, project videos, and promotional videos.
- Handle photography and videography for company projects, events, and activities.
- Showcase project progress, site updates, completed projects, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Plan and manage monthly social media content calendars.
- Write engaging captions, social media copy, and brand-focused content.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect project photos, videos, and relevant information.
- Maintain consistent branding and visual identity across all social media platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and content formats.
- Track social media reach, engagement, and overall content performance.

Preferred candidate profile

- 12 years of relevant experience in Social Media Management, Content Creation, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong skills in Graphic Designing and Video Editing.




- Experience with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Strong understanding of reels, content creation, social media trends, and branding.
- Good copywriting and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with robust visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to independently manage end-to-end social media activities.
- No specific educational qualification is mandatory.
- Portfolio or previous work samples in social media, graphic design, or video editing are preferred.
