Remuneration: ₹65,000 per month (CTC ₹7.8 LPA)

​About the Role

​We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and proactive Social Media Manager to lead our digital content strategy, brand voice, and community engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for building end-to-end social media strategies, producing engaging short-form video/static content, managing online communities, and driving performance metrics across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.

​Key Responsibilities

- ​Strategy & Planning:
- ​Develop, execute, and scale multi-channel social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- ​Build and maintain comprehensive monthly content calendars.
- ​Stay ahead of viral trends, algorithm changes, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- ​Content Creation & Campaign Execution:
- ​Conceptualize, script, and direct short-form video content (Reels, YouTube Shorts) and visual posts.
- ​Write clear, engaging, and brand-consistent copy for post captions, stories, and promotions.
- ​Collaborate with internal graphic designers, videographers, and performance marketers to deliver high-quality digital assets.
- ​Community Management & Outreach:




- ​Actively engage with followers, address queries/DMs, and cultivate an online community.
- ​Identify potential influencer/creator collaborations to amplify brand reach.
- ​Analytics & Performance Optimization:
- ​Monitor key performance metrics (reach, engagement rate, CTR, and follower growth) using analytics tools.
- ​Present monthly performance reports with actionable insights and optimization strategies.
- ​Assist in running and optimizing basic Meta and platform ad campaigns.

​Required Skills & Qualifications

- ​Experience: 2.5 to 4.5 years of hands-on experience in social media management or digital content strategy (Agency or Brand side).
- ​Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English Literature, Journalism, or a related field.
- ​Platform Mastery: In-depth knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest.
- ​Tools: Proficiency with scheduling and management platforms (Meta Business Suite, Buffer/Later, Canva, Notion). Basic video/graphic editing knowledge (CapCut, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- ​Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- ​Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
