Job Summary :

Giraffe Hospitality and Foodlink Private Limited is looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to strengthen our digital presence and build brand awareness. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, executing campaigns, and analyzing performance to drive audience engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage the company's social media calendar and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Coordinate with the Graphic Designer and content team to create high-quality creatives, videos, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the online community.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports.
- Execute paid social media campaigns and optimize them for reach, engagement,



and conversions.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns, events, and product launches.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proven experience managing business social media accounts with measurable results.

Required Skills :

- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, social media scheduling tools, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent content writing and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
- Understanding of social media advertising, campaign management, and audience targeting.
- Solid analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in the hospitality, food, or lifestyle industry.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and content collaborations.
- Familiarity with SEO, social media trends, and AI-powered marketing tools.
- Ability to create short-form video content and manage reels.
