We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing, posting, and creating content across major social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), and Google Business Pages. You will play a key role in content creation, brand visibility, content planning, and day-to-day execution, working closely with the design and content teams to ensure consistent and engaging communication across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), and Google Business Profiles.

Lead content planning, monthly content calendars, and campaign execution for multiple brands.

Manage end-to-end social media operations, including content publishing, community management, and engagement.

Collaborate with content writers, designers, videographers, and performance marketing teams to create engaging content.

Identify trends, platform updates, and viral content opportunities to improve reach and engagement.





Analyze platform performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Drive organic growth strategies, audience engagement, and brand awareness.

Coordinate influencer collaborations and social media campaigns whenever required.

Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms.

Mentor and guide junior social media executives while ensuring timely project delivery. Requirements

5+ years of experience in Social Media Management, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency.

Proven experience managing multiple brand accounts simultaneously.

Strong understanding of platform-specific algorithms, audience behaviour, and content strategies.

Excellent copywriting, caption writing, and communication skills.

Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube Studio, Google Business Profile, and other social media management tools.

Experience with social media analytics, reporting, and performance optimization.

Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.

Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced agency workplace.
