Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ranchi. This role involves planning and executing social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others to increase brand awareness and engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and scheduling posts, optimizing content for each channel, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting campaigns based on insights.

The Social Media

Manager will respond to comments and messages, collaborate with the content and design teams,



and coordinate with clients or internal stakeholders to align social media activities with broader marketing goals. The role also includes staying updated on trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep campaigns relevant and effective.

Qualifications

Strong social media marketing skills, including campaign planning and platform management.

Experience with social media optimization (SMO) and analytics tools to improve reach and engagement.

Proficiency in content strategy, with the ability to plan and organize content calendars.

Effective communication and writing skills for clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messaging.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with basic graphic design or creative tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud) is an advantage.

Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, including audience targeting and campaign measurement.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Prior experience managing social media platforms for brands or agencies is preferred.
