About The Role

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just create content - they build stories that people remember. You’ll work directly with the founders to document our journey, create engaging content, and help shape our brand across LinkedIn and other social platforms.

If you’re someone who constantly notices excellent content ideas, enjoys filming, editing, and can turn everyday startup moments into engaging content, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

- Ideate and execute content around our startup journey.
- Write compelling LinkedIn posts and long-form thought leadership content. Plan and manage content calendars.
- Shoot high-quality videos and photos for social media.
- Edit reels, short-form videos, promotional content, and behind-the-scenes content. Design simple creatives and graphics whenever required.
- Cover product demos, company events, customer interactions, and day-to-day startup life. Stay updated with social media trends and creatively adapt them to our brand. Experiment with new content formats, storytelling techniques, and growth strategies.
- Own the complete content lifecycle - from ideation and production to publishing and performance analysis.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

- Is based in Pune and can work full-time from our office.
- Is highly creative and constantly comes up with fresh ideas.




- Can independently own projects without constant supervision.
- Takes initiative instead of waiting for instructions.
- Has excellent storytelling and communication skills.
- Can write clear, engaging, and grammatically strong English copy. Has experience shooting and editing videos.
- Has a strong eye for aesthetics, composition, and branding.
- Pays attention to detail.
- Gets things done without excuses and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Bonus If You Have

- Experience growing a LinkedIn page or personal brand.
- Proficiency with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut. Photography or videography experience.
- Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Understanding of startup, B2B, or technology content.
- Basic knowledge of branding, marketing, or content strategy.
