This is a hands-on opportunity where you will play an active role in building and managing our influencer network across European markets, driving brand awareness for our Ayurvedic wellness and beauty brands, and supporting our social media initiatives across platforms. Key Responsibilities Influencer Outreach & Management • Identify and research relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms aligned with European brand goals • Initiate and manage outreach to influencers — from initial contact to onboarding • Build and maintain a strong influencer database/pipeline • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with content creators and brand ambassadors Contracts & Coordination • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing influencer contracts and collaboration agreements • Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and content approvals with influencers • Track campaign milestones and ensure all deliverables are met on time Campaign Support • Support the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns across key European markets (UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain) • Monitor campaign performance and compile reports on reach, engagement, and ROI • Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activity Social Media Assistance • Assist in managing day-to-day social media activities including scheduling and posting • Engage with the community by responding to comments and messages • Contribute ideas for content, campaigns, and collaborations Who We Are Looking For • Currently pursuing graduation (final year) from a Delhi University (DU) college • Strong awareness of social media trends, influencer culture, and digital content — especially across European markets • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and European market trends • Self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative What You Will Gain • Real-world experience in influencer marketing and brand collaborations • Exposure to contract management and influencer negotiation • Mentorship from experienced marketing professionals • A strong portfolio addition with measurable campaign outcomes • Certificate of completion and letter of recommendation upon successful internship
