- Manage the company's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.).

- Create, schedule, and publish posts, reels, stories, and other content as per the content calendar.

- Develop creative captions, hashtags, and promotional content aligned with the brand.

- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to create engaging graphics and videos.

- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally and promptly.

- Monitor social media trends and implement cutting-edge content ideas.

- Track social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports on reach, engagement, and follower growth.

- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.

- Ensure all content reflects the company's branding guidelines and marketing objectives.

- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to improve social media performance.
